I hired Luis and Ioana to do some renovations in my house . I bought house 6 years ago. It was rented and was in quite a disastererous state . I needed house renovated to be able to move in myself. First I planned to give Luis and Ioana some work and hire other contractors in order for house to be finished by Christmas. ( The tenant moved out November 10. ) Ioana told me that they can handle larger volumes of work and still be able to meet the deadline. I was quite hesitant but decided to give it a try . It was the best decision I made. As a result, Luis and ioana ended up renovating my entire house. The list of work included creating of open space , raising ceilings , bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling , installing hardwood and laminate floors , painting, attaching light fixtures .
Luis performs the work up to the codes . He is very meticulous in what he does. He comes up with creative ideas how to get the best results using and incorporating the old structures. Ioana is excellent in planning and prioritizing things and giving excellent budget efficient ideas. They work fast and very clean . They stick to their word and deadlines .
I also have to mention that the stress of going through major renovation was significantly eased out for me thanks to Ioana being always reachable and ready to listen.
I highly recommend DDRI for your renovation needs .
As for myself I will continue the project with DDRI . They will help me with new deck and fence as well as upgrade my kitchen with island.

We hired DDRI to do a complete bathroom renovation. They took the bathroom down to the bare walls. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Ioana and Luis were great to work with. They gave us some excellent ideas and were incorporated our own ideas and changes. The transformation from the old to the new bathroom is unbelievable. We have already discussed having them come back and do more work in our home in the New Year.

We had to do an emergency bathroom reno as the toilet was leaking into the ceiling of the floor below. At that point instead of just the one bathroom, we decided to do all three. DDRI was the only company that responded promptly and had no issue with how far our location was from them. They came on a weekend to look at what was needed and work out a quote. Communication-wise Ioana answers text and emails very quickly. They did quality work with good materials and finished within their estimated window and some of the work was custom. They also took care of small issues that came up and touch ups and were in constant communication about things. which we appreciated. They did a great job and we are very happy with our new bathrooms. Now we just need to save up again to have them do our kitchens. Thank you again.

I contacted DDRI thru HomeStars and it was the best decision ever.
DDRI took on this project within strict timelines and restraints. They were able to do demolition without an issue. They ensured before proceeding plumbing etc was done within today’s code. They contacted me every step of the way thru email, text and phone providing photo to ensure all specs that were outlined was carried out. DDRI ensured they used the best materials and the workmanship was exceptional. They made recommendations to ensure the project would b as successful as can be within the estimate given.

From the second we met the Team at Dynamic Renovations we knew these guys were going to do an amazing job. And sure enough they did. 10/10 is not enough score. Should be higher.

They rebuilt an old shower stall - it was a difficult job given it was surrounded by 65 year old tiles that I wanted to keep.

Ioana and Luis are amazing. Ioana came to our house to review the scope of work that we required. She was EARLY to our appointment (it was such a pleasure to see a contractor come early). They started the work promptly (within a week). They were so easy to work with. Prior to starting the work they covered everything in our home so that no dust was exposed to any surfaces. They completed the work on time and did a phenomenal job. Along the way they were amazing at communicating what was finished, what was left to be completed and anything extra that need to be done. After the finished the work they cleaned the entire area that they worked on and more. I would definitely recommend and hire them for any future work in our home.
