I hired Luis and Ioana to do some renovations in my house . I bought house 6 years ago. It was rented and was in quite a disastererous state . I needed house renovated to be able to move in myself. First I planned to give Luis and Ioana some work and hire other contractors in order for house to be finished by Christmas. ( The tenant moved out November 10. ) Ioana told me that they can handle larger volumes of work and still be able to meet the deadline. I was quite hesitant but decided to give it a try . It was the best decision I made. As a result, Luis and ioana ended up renovating my entire house. The list of work included creating of open space , raising ceilings , bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling , installing hardwood and laminate floors , painting, attaching light fixtures .
Luis performs the work up to the codes . He is very meticulous in what he does. He comes up with creative ideas how to get the best results using and incorporating the old structures. Ioana is excellent in planning and prioritizing things and giving excellent budget efficient ideas. They work fast and very clean . They stick to their word and deadlines .
I also have to mention that the stress of going through major renovation was significantly eased out for me thanks to Ioana being always reachable and ready to listen.
I highly recommend DDRI for your renovation needs .
As for myself I will continue the project with DDRI . They will help me with new deck and fence as well as upgrade my kitchen with island.
