We were recommended this business by a family member so we went with their team to finish our basement.

They have been promising for close to ONE WHOLE YEAR to replace our shower head which broke after 1 week of use (we had my mother in law over so I went to the basement for my showers to let her have the upstairs washroom, which is how we found out it was faulty). This is the last straw that prompted this review. My wife has had to go back and forth with Ioana for months to even get a set date for replacement which they of course never showed up to.

Work did not begin until at least 4 weeks after the agreed upon date. Afterwards they kept making excuse after excuse for more delays (at least 2 more full months of delays on what was supposed to be a 5 week project. I don't care that this is seen as normal in contract work, it is not acceptable.

The grout in our laundry room keeps cracking because they had not planned the underflooring properly. They replaced it once but it took about a month for it to crack again.

I could go on but the 2 stars should suffice

The team at DDRI did a fenomenal work with our home renovations , from main contact ioana that walked us true the process helped us choose finishes ,provided options and advice for the best selection to Luis the site supervisor and the create or of the beautiful final product .
