I had a leak with my Samsung fridge. Tony confirmed and reconfirmed the appointment. He did a thorough assessment and provided great advice. Turns out it is the gasket. He ordered and replaced. I like that he only took care of what is required.

Tony saved the day when he fixed our refrigerator in July. He was quickly on the job and luckily it was a fixable problem. The fridge repair was $300.
Then in October he repaired our stovetop by replacing a burnt out switch and finally repaired our dryer which was loudly squeaking. The stove repair was $180 and the dryer $190.
So great not to have to replace major appliances, especially in a pandemic when many brands are in short supply and the older appliances are better built than current ones.
Besides being a competent repairman, Tony is friendly and personable.

After being completely ripped off by another company I used Homestars and found Tony. He came in right away to assess my stove and dishwasher and would not take my money until everything was working. He was completely up front about the cost (which was a very fair price) and the price didn't change after it was done. He was genuinely pained that another company had treated me badly and wanted to make sure that I got excellent service. I would use Tony for everything in my house if I could. You can trust him!

Tony came by and inspected the Samsung front loader, told me what was wrong, parts needed and said it was basically better to buy a new one. He gave me a recommended list of brands and even answered my call when I gave him a shout to ask about a particular model not on his short list. Was well worth the price to have the machine checked out and would use his services again!

We had Tony Talin come by to install gas range and fridge...he was a gentleman and wore a mask and gloves during his time at our house....we commend him! We strongly recommend him and his company... please make sure Tony gets this...he deserves all Grace's during this time...we had no oven for 3 weeks ...he was fast and curtious!!

One of the best fast and easy service we have ever experienced from Tarek, my mother's washing machine needed a part replacement, I call Tarek, with his busy schedule, he still managed to came to the house on the same day, look at the machine and ordered the part, and surprisingly he showed up the next day with the part and fix the washer, problem is solved, you don't get this type of high level of service in a very short notice, I highly recommend GTA heating and appliances repair, Tarek is the man to call

I requested for a service in the evening for an oven repair, and I had a response the very next minute from Tony. I am a stay-at-home mom with a young baby and I really liked that Tony was careful to wear protective gear all around. He worked with integrity by telling me on the spot discoveries he was making. He made sure everything was as clean as he found it when he finished. Tony took the time to explain what the issue was, what was involved in the repair, and gave me an estimate before starting any work. The job was eventually resolved and the stove had to be pretty much disassembled to get at the faulty parts fixed. When it was all done, the oven worked properly and there was no surprise with the bill whatsoever. I was very pleased with the quality of service as well as the customer relations. A job well done! I will personally reach out to this company again for future needs and am more than happy to recommend them to my friends and family!
