Tony was very responsive and we made the appointment with him very quickly. He came and looked at the oven, gave us a quote for the replacement part and was able to get the part changed for us the very next day! Thank you so much and we would highly recommend him.

Do not use this company. Tony is a very dishonest person. He delivered us a washer dryer machine. And it broke down the first day. I told him I don’t feel comfortable with him bringing a replacement. So he said I’ll charge you 850$ to remove it. We said no, and now he refuses to refund our money that we paid in full. please don’t use this company... if anything goes wrong after he leaves, he will want more money to remedy his problem.

Tony from GTA Heating & Appliance Repair came about three weeks ago to repair water leakage under the crispers in my Samsung refrigerator. The problem was gone for about two weeks and then it returned again. I asked Tony to come back and he brought a new part from the supplier with him saying it should repair the issue and that Samsung refrigerators have this problem and that it is common. (I spoke with Samsung myself, gave them the serial number of the fridge and they told me this is not a common problem). Two days goes by and the same problem still exists after he replaced a part. I then spoke with him again, as I was not satisfied and asked for a refund for the repair that was not done properly the second time. He told me that he would only give me back the money I paid him, less the two service calls, which are $80 each. He also said that when we spoke originally, that I told him the fridge was making noises and that it needed servicing. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE. He claims the money I paid was for not only trying to repair the initial reason for my call to begin with but also for servicing the fridge, which I NEVER requested. He was paid only to repair the water leakage issue. STAY AWAY - BAD NEWS - HORRIBLE SERVICE - WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

We purchased 3 new appliances to replace our old ones. GTA Heating & Appliance Repair returned my call within an hour of contacting them. I explained that we had purchased 3 new appliances and needed them installed and that we would need the old ones disconnected as well. Toni was very professional and ensured that he would be able to do all the work. He was very willing to work around our delivery window and arrived promptly. He was uninstalled the old appliances and assisted me in removing them from the house to the garage and curb. He unpackaged the new appliances and checked that they were not damaged and then began the install. Toni explained the process every step of the way and our gas stove and dishwasher install went smoothly. Toni made sure the appliances worked properly and had no leaks or issues. A fabulous experience dealing with Toni and GTA Heating and Appliance Repair. Again, a 10+ experience and just a pleasure dealing with such a polite and professional company. The final price was reasonable and fair and did not exceed the quote. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Toni is coming back to install our new Fridge once it arrives. I put the request out for service to Homestars my go to for everything. Tony from GTA called right away and said he had 2 jobs on that day but would come by and take a look. He said it sounds like a belt. He came and diagnosed the problem as the pulley that runs the belt. He called for the part and picked it up the next day. Honestly my dryer was fixed within 24 hours. I have never in my entire life had such quick efficient service at a reasonable cost. Thank you Tony you are my appliance repair person from now on. As a senior I am so grateful.

Nice and friendly guy but...

1st call: Replaced washer drain hose for 187$
2nd and last call: Misdiagnosed washer and quoted 285$ for a door lock.

Fixed it myself, it was a jammed drain pump. but still paid 80$ for wrong diagnostics.

Money for value = 270$ for a 20$ drain hose. And a lesson learned.

Tony responded to my Homestars request very quickly and contacted me for information on my problem so he could come prepared. He kept in touch around arrival. He wore a mask the whole time and was friendly and explained everything he was doing to assess the issue with my oven. Instead of jumping to a new part need, he cleaned contacts on the mainboard and then tested several time to make sure it worked. Service call only and oven works perfectly! He will definitely get my business again and have recommended to friends and my work for honest reliable business. Thank you Tony and GTA Heating and Appliance Repair!!

Leary of online sites. Used Homestars. Tony phone within minutes. Arranged for him to come the next day. He was staright up honest knowdgeable and professional.He fixed the stove. Woke up 1am house was freezing cold so I checked the stupid furnace wasn't working. I called Tony and he came right away and even brought a portable heater for us. Couldn't belive it awesome guy man. Next morning he came back found out the problem and within an hr he came back with the part and fixed it. Honest, fair hardworking man can't thank him enough.
