relatively small job took almost 2 months to complete. The job remains incomplete. The retaining wall installed is starting to lean because it doesn't have the appropriate drainage. The walkway at the side of the house they installed is starting to lean toward the house. They did not seed or fix the massive lawn damage they created. The pad they installed for the shed has heaved - they moved a woman shed onto the pad and damaged the shed. They damaged drainage pipes on the other side of our house with their machines and attempted to fix. We have to have this redone. They were suppose to pop out two pieces of flagstone from our front steps and instead destroyed the entrance way leaving us with holes in the step foundations. Nothing was sealed.
We have attempted to contact them several times and they have not responded.
We have hours of video of their workers just sitting around doing nothing. Mitch (partner) was never on site even when we insisted. Johnathan was also absent.
I would avoid this company all together. In fact, I am happy to share any video, pictures, and text messages with anyone who is even considering working with them.

Josh and the GTA Pro Contracting team did a great job on my main floor home reno.

GTA Pro Contracting finished our basement nine months ago and we love our basement very much.

However, two weeks ago we discovered that after taking a shower, water remains on the floor. We sent an email and two days later Josh came with a worker and they adjusted the shower door.

The issue was fixed fast and in professional way. We were very pleased that 1 year guarantee promised in the contract was working fine and we did not have to call many times and wait long.

Johnathan and his team had completely remodeled our entire front entrance. From meeting with us and creating plans, to end of job clean-up, he has been professional and the finished product is outstanding.
