Icon pest control and wildlife removal

I highly recommend this pest control company, ICON. Kevin skilfully trapped the raccoon that had been pooping on my deck every night. Friendly, prompt service, reasonably priced.

Our major raccoon problem (7) could not be solved. Steve et al took his time to make sure the areas inhabited were cleared of shelter and sealed off. We were extremely pleased with the calm, patient and personal attention. Outstanding!!!!

everything looks good first interview and looks like a solid company, assure me will get a 24hrs notice when they are coming and a full report,
start February 28 all good by Steve...
after that, march have to call for them to come and book the appointment, no report until now ask the guy apologized and said next month ok...
this month comes this past Thursday, call 40min in advanced this place is a rental need notice to tenants but they agree and no report.
so I have email them back and call no answer. im done
sent an email where I want a FULL REFUND LIKE THEY OFFER ON THEIR WEBSITE... IM NOT SATISFIED.
calling visa also tomorrow to have the charge reverse if my money is not send back in 24hrs. done and done with this company, not even 3 months and this is happening I better run before it gets worse.

Had pest problem in my attic. Steve came out and did a very thorough inspection along with video. Found the problem and let me know the best way to resolve the problem. Highly recommend

Steve, from Icon Pest control removed two raccoons from my garage. He came the same day I called and removed the animals quickly . One raccoon ran out on its own while the other had to be caught and brought outside. The animal was not harmed in the process- although Steve may have been ! I would use the company again to remove wildlife as they knew what they were doing and understood the urgency of the situation.

When I walked into my kitchen and saw a mouse in middle of the floor I panicked. IconPestControl saved the day. Matt, the service specialist who arrived same day, obviously knew exactly what was needed. He efficiently removed the mouse that had scared me then checked inside, outside, attic and basement for trouble spots and left bait in many locations. His manner was professional and by the time he left I was comfortable that the problem had been well taken care of. Excellent!!!

We had a raccoon and babies in our porch roof. I called Icon at 8 am and Steve from Icon was at our home within two hours. He inspected the area and determined where the nest was in our porch roof. Steve and his co worker were able to remove the babies and entice the mother to leave on her own to reunite with her babies. Steve did a great job explaining how the removal would work and even though it was a complicated removal he managed it well then repaired and reinforced the soffit and flashing. I have already recommended Steve and Icon to two friends. They were a pleasure to work with.

Steve came by, fixed our raccoon problem, which was an old chimney that vented to the air. I learned that our raccoon friend was likely scoping our place as a second or even third spot, as a nest to have a litter.

We dodged a bullet by running a radio near the spot where a nest was located. After confirming there was no longer any raccoon, Steve blocked off the entry. Problem solved, very happy.

Steve was very knowledgeable and showed video of his work. The guy knows his stuff.
