Steve came by, fixed our raccoon problem, which was an old chimney that vented to the air. I learned that our raccoon friend was likely scoping our place as a second or even third spot, as a nest to have a litter. We dodged a bullet by running a radio near the spot where a nest was located. After confirming there was no longer any raccoon, Steve blocked off the entry. Problem solved, very happy. Steve was very knowledgeable and showed video of his work. The guy knows his stuff.
