Patio laid last summer with guarantee to correct any stones out of place. (Initial Job took forever to complete, with wrong stone ordered and never available when promised). Job actually completed by another contractor because he couldn't do the job himself.
Stones now need correction as several have moved/shifted.
Called him in May 2020 ... Still no action.

Hired to do a chimney Aug 2019, contractor bailed November 4th. Owner Trevor hires a contractor that had no idea what he was doing, said he was from the union local 675. It has been determined by a stone mason that this guy has never laid a brick in his life. Paid almost $6000. Contractor left when he realized chimney flutes would not fit as he didn’t take pics of what chimney looked like before he demolished it and part of my house bricks. Left my chimney wide open. No response from Trevor. Currently taking action (small claims). Months of dishonest texts, promises. He is a real manipulator to get your money. DO NOT HIRE

We hired this company in May 2019 to renovate our porch and walkway. We paid $15,800 between May 17 and 31). Job was to be complete by end June when we returned home from a trip. Cement stairs were installed by end of June. After that, No contact, no response to repeated phone messages. Finally, with a payment of $1000 just before Thanksgiving, the stone was delivered. We had to pay the stone masons $2200 cash to install the stone. As of Nov 28/19, no railings, no heater coils for eavestroughs, no heated walkway. The owner owes us at least $10,000 for materials and work. His response to vm was sporadic before, now nothing since Thanksgiving. He cannot be trusted.

Worst experience ever from a contractor any where I have been. Paid for interlocking in April 2019 I am still waiting for the job to start and it is now October Trevor wont answer my phone calls.I have asked on his answer machine to either do the work or return my money now I would not let him near my property. After looking at work he has done on other peoples property I would not let him near my house.
