I needed to get my basement finished and had hired this company to help me with the drawings. I am very happy to have had Sajid work on having the proposed basement floor plan done, he was very patient with the amount of questions I kept asking. They charged me a reasonable price compared to what other companies were wanting to charge. I completely recommend this company.

It was great service. They provided us the full application package required to apply the permit to construct a legal 2nd dwelling unit. They were always responsive and provided their service whenever the city required us to make changes to the design to meet the city's rules and guidelines. I would recommend their service.

HNS did the drawings required for the city permit application. They were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The application was submitted on time and they were always available to help me understand how the process works.

Sajid was courteous timely and very professional. He designed the architectural drawings for our main floor Reno which includes removal of load bearing wall almost other issues. Drawing were excellent and city approved of the drawings with no issues

We are using HNS Engineering Services for preparing drawings for a second unit in our basement in accordance with Mississauga city requirements. Sajjid discussed few options with us and provided the first draft within few days. After few adjustments, he provided the final drawings and helped me in submitting them. The city asked for some additional details that he provided promptly. The drawings are at second level review and he is working on providing the required details to the city. Hopefully, we will get the permit soon. Sajjid is a knowledgeable and very cooperative person. I highly recommend his services.
