Primo helped me out and did what needs to be done didnt charge me until the job was done

Primo Roofing, Nunzio, was contacted by our church and entered a verbal contract on May 16, 2024. They refused to provide a contract in writing. On May 16, 2023, they requested and were given a deposit in the amount of $5,000.00 in the form of a cashier's cheque. Ufortunately, as of June 24, the roof repair that was agreed upon had not yet started. This company's communication has been unacceptable. They have consistently been late or not come to the work site when arrangements have been made to do so. Our church has lost trust with Primo Roofing and have terminated the verbal contract. We have respectfully requested the refund money of $5,000.00 to be repaid in full before July 2, 2024. As soon as we asked for the deposit money back, Primo Roofing wanted to start this job. Ugh! Let's hope they pay back the deposit money. If not, I'll be posting another bad review!

We appreciated the fact that Primo and his team came and temporarily repaired the leaking skylight the next day after our phone call and returned a few days later for final repairs then followed up shortly after with the repairs in the attic. Very prompt service.

My name is Ron and I live in Ajax, Ontario. Recently, we had a strong windstorm that tore our roofs flashing and ruined the soffit at the highest point of our home.
I called Primo Roofing and they came right out and assessed the roof with a quote. My family and I received quotes from two other roofing companies and I was overly impressed with Primo Roofing, not only did they quote the lowest but they promised to come in under budget and they did just that.

I found the crew they sent to fix our roof were very professional, courteous, and hard working despite the poor weather conditions they had to endure to complete the roofing job. They came out within a day to our home and didnt wait a week or two as is usually the case with other home services.

Primo & his team are a one in a million service provider. What started as a simple dryer vent cleanup ended up becoming a full attic restoration due to poor renovations prior to my move-in.
