Primo Roofing, Nunzio, was contacted by our church and entered a verbal contract on May 16, 2024. They refused to provide a contract in writing. On May 16, 2023, they requested and were given a deposit in the amount of $5,000.00 in the form of a cashier's cheque. Ufortunately, as of June 24, the roof repair that was agreed upon had not yet started. This company's communication has been unacceptable. They have consistently been late or not come to the work site when arrangements have been made to do so. Our church has lost trust with Primo Roofing and have terminated the verbal contract. We have respectfully requested the refund money of $5,000.00 to be repaid in full before July 2, 2024. As soon as we asked for the deposit money back, Primo Roofing wanted to start this job. Ugh! Let's hope they pay back the deposit money. If not, I'll be posting another bad review!
