Adrian renovated my stairs and did a good job.

So I hired him to rebuild my front porch and cold room, add a powder room and mud room and finish the basement. He worked slowly and disappeared for weeks at a time. After 18 months he abandoned the job at 70% completion, having taken 90% of the payment.

Some of the work was well done, some was terrible.

We found TASA Home Renovations through the BBB website and contacted Adrian for an estimate. He was prompt in his reply. We met with him and found him very personable and knowledgable and left us with a sense of confidence in his abilities. We are very satisfied with the job and we love the patio door that he recommended!

Adrian renovated our stairs with oak tread caps and bannister, new posts and iron pickets. He did a great job delivering beautiful work on time and on budget. He was helpful and communicated well, keeping our home clean and answering all of our questions.

Adrian has been telling me for weeks that he is coming back to finish the job but never shows up. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend him to my friends.
