Ravi was exceptional, he was excellent at explaining what needed to be done as well as the different options. He took the time to explain everything including how to prevent further blockage. Very friendly and courteous. Drain Plan goes above and beyond what other companies offer. I strongly recommend Drain Plan and will be using them in the future.
