I made a large Purchase of all new appliances for my kitchen on Nov 2021, It is September of 2022, and every 2 weeks I receive a new "Delay Notice" for my Dishwasher, every time I call they blame Samsung for the delay. I requested a replacement within the same value, but available in stock, the refused, they say the volume discounts I got do not apply to a replacement. So, the Dishwasher I purchased current value is $1,299.00 because of the volume I purchased, the discounted it to $950.00, The sticker value they want to replace my unit is $950.00, which discounted would be probably $750.00 and they seem to think that is fair. The sales rep A. Stubbs will not reply to emails
