In October, 2019 I used 911 Appliance Repair Services for the second time. Our dishwasher stopped working because the drain hose was blocked, and our oven glass had broken a while back so I decided to replace it at the same time. I called on a Thursday evening with the hopes of having the work done next day, but the glass had to be purchased from the supplier. To get the job done as soon as possible, instead of having the glass shipped Evgeny drove to the supplier to pick it up on his way to our house, adding two hours to his trip. In this way he was able to fix both appliances on Sunday, three days after I called him. Evgeny did a great job, even arranging his work so that we could give the oven door a thorough cleaning while it was dismantled. He protected our kitchen floor with a ground cloth, and since unclogging a drain hose is a messy job he cleaned up the water before saying the job was done. It took about 2.5 hours to fix both appliances and they have been working fine for the last couple of months.

My fridge/freezer was broken as well as I needed my new dryer installed. I called Eugene on a Sunday morning and he was over within a few hours. I needed a new part for my fridge which he had on him and the fridge was fixed that day. Eugene was very honest and explained everything that needed to be done. I am so happy to have found someone that I can now trust to call to service my appliances when needed. Highly highly recommend him!

A week later had to call Evgeny back as I was sure my dryer drum was making a very loud noise. Again this is Sunday. He was back within a couple of hours to check things out. Turned out everything is fine. How many repair Companies can you count on like this. NONE. 911 Appliance repair service is by far the Best I have encountered in my 69yrs of living. Kudos!!!!!!!!

I needed my dryer to be cleaned and the gasket in the washing machine to be replaced. Evgeny came at the agreed time and worked quickly. He is very knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. I am very happy with the service and will definitely recommend him to all my friends!

Evgeny was able to fix my washing machine so that we are able to use it. He was very punctual, respectful, courteous, skilled at his work. It is an old Kenmore that was making a grinding sound in the spin cycle. Evgeny walked me through a couple of steps over the phone so that he was better prepared when he came on his service call. He also checked on my fridge that sometimes leaks at the bottom because it is not frequently used. Evgeny suggested we manage the leak whenever it occurs and when it gets worse we can call him to repair. We were very satisfied with Evgeny and would not hesitate to recommend his services.
