Evgeny answered my homestar request 5 min after I posted it.
He came next day in the morning like he had told me on the phone.
He tried the machine and saw error message A10. He opened the machine ( top and front panel) cleaned as much as he could see, reconnected everything. Same error message. Then He reopened again and looked this time the pressure sensor and also he put his hand inside the inner drum where he found the big problem. Ping pong ball plus other stuff were lodged inside and blocking the drainage. Reconnected again everything, started the machine and now it works like new. Very happy with his work and will call him again in the future.

Our oven required repair (element not working) and technician Eugene was assigned to our case. I found him to be very pleasant, and he has great communication (we were able to schedule all appointments easily via phone call).

Eugene clearly has great knowledge of his trade, which allowed him to work extremely quickly on our repair service. The diagnostic work was completed on a Friday afternoon, and by Saturday morning Eugene was back at our apartment with a replacement part.
