Evgeny was able to fix my washing machine so that we are able to use it. He was very punctual, respectful, courteous, skilled at his work. It is an old Kenmore that was making a grinding sound in the spin cycle. Evgeny walked me through a couple of steps over the phone so that he was better prepared when he came on his service call. He also checked on my fridge that sometimes leaks at the bottom because it is not frequently used. Evgeny suggested we manage the leak whenever it occurs and when it gets worse we can call him to repair. We were very satisfied with Evgeny and would not hesitate to recommend his services.
