Evgeny reached out to me very quickly after I posted our appliance repair need on HomeStars. He was clear with questions trying to narrow down what our issue was (and confirming what I had already tried). He gave good information about what he suspected the problem was, what would need to be done, when it could be completed and how much it would cost.
This made me comfortable in hiring him. He was very professional when he came (on time) and completed the work with no issues.
