Mike Inspects

Mike came the same day when my realtor call after finding him with a google search. We needed to look at a house in the middle of a bidding war so we were extremely grateful. We live in the house now and feel very comfortable as Mike found issues and told us the possible cost to fix them. We factored those cost when bidding. He is a smart young man.

We had Mike do a home inspection on our newly purchased home. He was able to find problems where one simply could not. I would highly recommend him for his services as he is diligent, thorough, and very professional.

Mike is completely unprofessional and unethical. He lacks honesty and transparency. You will not get a thorough review or clear explanation on anything.

Not only did he double bill for the same property but he failed to disclose information between ourselves and our tenants which caused a lot of problems. He doesnt seem to know anything that he is doing or talking about. I would never work with him again - keep looking.

Mike helped me doing the house inspection for the house I am purchasing. He was very flexible in arranging the oppointment to suit my schedule. Mike arrived about 20 minutes before the appointment and he wasted no time doing exterior inspection, when I arrived he walked me through the inspection step by step giving wealth of explanation and how things work, what should be done and why, I find it very helpful. He take the time to do thorough job and answer all my questions. The report he produces is quite comprehensive and professional.
I would recommend Mike for a house inspection and would use his service again.

Mike was punctual, thorough and very informative. He even provided a booklet on home maintenance following the inspection. I also received an e-mail confirming if there were any recalls on any of the appliances. This was a first for me and I've already had 3 home inspections on different properties in the past.
