They use Honeywell hardware its better then a lot of the competition big screen modern but not confusing to use. The gear will last for years and the service people will travel really far from where they are to fix anything after years of use. The cameras are good for people with mobility issues if they want to see who is at the door. The cameras do have night vision and motion detection can record for months at at a time.
