I had Unity Smart Security on my farm for 4 years. Built a new house went straight to Unity for a security system. Called Jacob he was very helpful and great. Signed a contract for the new place, and renewed contract for the old place. Installer came in upgraded panel on old place, and started installing system at new house. He started installing system used a spray glue for a door sensor. The bulky part of this sensor was mounted on the door. The small part was on the door trim. He sprayed this glue on my door trim you could see it was reacting to the door trim (swelling). I brought it to the installers attention that I was not happy about wrecking my door trim on my new house. The installer decided to pull the bulky part of the sensor off the door and put it on the trim. It covered most of damage. I let Jacob know about this matter he said installer will fix it. Installer came second day at 5:00 in the evening worked for couple hours, and decided to come back next day. He told me he will be at my house at 9:00am. Next morning I wake up look at my door trim no sensor. Look on the ground its laying on the floor. Waiting for installer to at 9:00am nothing. I text him at 11:30am he slept in, and didnt show up until 1:30 pm. I decided to give the equipment back and want my money back! See on my bank account I was charged install charge and first month of monitoring fees on both places. I have no system installed in my new house, and I have bill. Plus damaged trim. Tried to call and text Jacob he will not return my calls or texts. Wanted to get this problem resolved with Unity Smart Security. Absolutely no customer service when there is a problem.
