Company provided quote and cost did not exceed quote. Workers were very professional and put in a new basement window and replaced the existing one to make a legal basement window for a bedroom. They left no mess and after they were gone could not even tell construction had taken place. Would use them in the future for sure.

Great job enlarging 3 windows in my basement. Job was done in 24 hours. Lots of light now and windows look great. Very happy with how it was done, work efficiency and the end product.

I called David at egress windows looking to install a toronto code escape basement window and window well. During the covid time not many companies wanted to come out and or they didn't have stock. I called him and said I needed it done asap as Toronto Fire wouldnt let me use the basement without this escape point. David managed to move his schedules around to order accommodate me. He got his people to do the job in 2 days. Totally appreciate it. The window and the well looks amazing.

When we decided to move our daughter to the basement we knew an egress window was the law. I contacted David at Egress Window Experts and he provided a detailed quote outlining each of the work items and costs associated. After obtaining other quotes (both higher and lower) and reading other reviews on line, I trusted the experts at Egress Windows. Konstantin, the site coordinator, came out to take exact measurements. His knowledge about structure and support put us at ease since he had determined that the basement window frame as support instead of using a lintel which is common practice by some builders. The workers that installed the window were on time , put out hall runners and were neat and tidy and even vacuumed afterwards. The end result was a beautiful casement window that was finished inside with jams and trim and finished professionally outside with aluminum flashing waterproofed and covering up the cut concrete! You will not have any concerns or doubts about using this company! They are after all, THE EXPERTS!

The guys were amazing. Professional and friendly. They were thorough and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
The end result is big gorgeous windows that let a massive amount of light in.
Bonus of this company...they work all year round. No need to wait until the spring like all the other companies we called.
