Konstatin provided the quote on spot. He is very knowledge and easy going. My job involved replacing standard basement window (30 x 12) to 30 x 36 in my home office. Other was new 32 x 36 in basement bedroom which was box with no windows. Now I cant tell that I am in basement. Lot of natural light and I did a fire drill and my kids were out within 25 seconds. Easy escape.

One day of installation (2 weeks back).. 3 guys showed up. I wasn't expecting them to finish in one day. But these guys work like machines. They have best tools for the job. They know what they are doing. No mess inside. They cleaned everything. They put jamb and trims from inside and sealed the well along the edges.
After seeing their work. I have engaged them again today for 2 more egress windows in my basement big room. It will bring more natural light into the basement and feels good since I am spending all my time in basement working from home. I am excited about this upcoming project. I will keep you posted when next set of windows are installed in few weeks time. Enjoyed working with Konstatin, Dave, Receptionist & their crew.

I contracted Egress windows about getting a side door entry and 2 cut down enlarged basement windows with covers. (keeping the width of my basement window but cutting the concrete down wards to make the window larger.) I actually found them through Facebook and asked lots of questions. David answered them all! I felt like i was being annoying but I wanted to make sure I was getting a company that knew what they were doing. I had to wait for months for a permit but Egress windows never pushed me, they had lots of patience. Which was a bonus! They came and gave me a price for the job. a few months later I got the permit, and luckily they had an opening 2 weeks later for the install. They came at 10:00 AM and were done with the whole job by 2:00 PM. They were great with the inspector (they handled the inspection for most of the job) i had to install a vent that was needed due to the loss of heat from adding a new side door. so I had to do the final inspection over the phone with the inspector. The only issue i came across was the cutting of the door was messier than i expected. Egress did sweep/clean before they left. But it wasn't that thorough of a cleaning. I would recommend anyone to hire Egress window experts. they are very professional and have great skill and very detailed about there work. you can see from the photos there work has PRO craftsmanship written all over it!

Despite the city being slow to mark gas lines & the challenges of the pandemic, the company persevered to get the job done. It looks great and my basement bedroom is safe.

Egress Window Experts have recently replaced my basement windows from 12"×30" to 30"×30" to comply with the Ontario Building Code and Ontario Fire Code. I am impressed by the expertise and professional services provided by David and his team. Keep up the good work!
