I am so grateful for heat! After choosing to repair my furnace and not replace it, the part was shipped overnight. Nemo the serviceman was very kind and came even earlier than the scheduled time which was so reassuring after 2 day of no heat. Nemo made time to reassure me and be loving to my rather big dog.
