I used Homestars to get a contractor for a noise we heard in the attic. Boris contacted me and offered to come by and offer a free estimate (compared to other companies who want to charge before doing anything). Boris arrived on time and gave a thorough and honest assessment of what needed to be done, and also some recommendations to prevent any other pests from entering. We signed up for his services and we couldn't be happier. Anytime Boris came, he either called or rang the doorbell to let us know that he was here to check up on his work. His methods were effective and we no longer hear any scratching in the attic from any mice that got up there.

There are several high profile companies out there, but in all honesty, I would encourage anyone to contact Boris and his team before the other companies. He does great work and does not try to upsell you on anything. Thanks again Boris, and I will be sure to recommend you to anyone who asks about pest removal.

I had an issue with squirrels in my attic and WPA responded to help me. Boris was a professional and did a thorough job. He did a detailed inspection showed me pictures of the problem areas which he repaired and screened. He even screened potential problem areas and showed me pictures after he completed the job. Boris is the absolute best!!! He is reliable and kind and really knows his stuff! Boris set my mind at ease from the moment he arrived. He was professional but also really friendly! Boris did a thorough inspection of our entire house, inside, outside, and on the roof!! His quote was extremely reasonable and included him coming back multiple times! The initial inspection that took well over an hour was at no charge and came with no obligation!! I have already recommended Boris to many people, and they’ve used him too!! We were hearing what we thought were mice inside our walls and decided that we needed to investigate. Boris, the technician came over to perform a complementary assessment & quote. He did a very thorough job of investigating and informing me on causes and issues where mice could be entering our home. He put together a quote and was able to come back within a couple of days to fix the problems. He did a great job of doing everything he said he would plus more! He also came back for several follow-up visits to change out the traps and ensure the problems were fixed. He was very professional and courteous and was kind enough to take photos of the work so I could show my husband. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as showing me things as he went to ensure we knew the extent of the issues and solutions. We are so far mice free! Would recommend Boris and the service again.

I had three animals drown in my inground pool. Being that there was only 3feet of water in it and full of leaves it was a little of a challenge for Boris to remove them. He not only eventually got the job done but took the time to search for any other animals that might be hiding in there. Well worth the fee he charged and cheaper than others hands down.
This is the second time I've used this service. I would not hesitate to use it again or recommend others to use it for any animal issues they may have.

He came, assessed situation, gave me honest feedback and did not try to sell me a package for anything I didn't actually need. No scare tactics like other companies. He was accurate, great price, solid work, and very courteous. I would hire him in a second if I ever have raccoon prevention issues again. Thank you Boris for securing my roof and all access points for potential raccoon entry. We feel much safer knowing they will be living outside our home (if at all).

I used Boris and WPA about 6 months ago and was very happy with his work. I heard noises again in the attic and immediately called him, I am very glad I did. I had a mother racoon and 4 newborn babies living there. He assessed the situation determined the babies were too young to move, came back 2 weeks later, moved them to a heated box outside for the Mom to come and relocate her family. He then confirmed my attic was racoon free and sealed the hole they were using. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. I hope I don’t need a wildlife removal service again, but if I do, I will not use anyone but WPA. I can’t recommend them highly enough I wish I could give them more than 10 stars!

We recently contacted him as we had unidentified animal noises in our attic and not only was he very quick in responding and booking time to come for a (no-obligation and free!) assessment, he was very genuine, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection/assessment and found the small hole where the squirrels were coming in and (on the spot) was able to give me a breakdown of necessary steps (as well as preventative measure, if we wanted). The prices were very reasonable and he was able to do the work almost immediately.
