Very accommodating (had to change the move date due to elevator booking issues and it wasn't even a hassle). I received a text alerting me they were on their way and they arrived on time. They were fast, courteous and everything was moved without even a scratch! Very efficient and professional staff! The owner Chris even came out to the move site to see how things were going. I used Homestars to get a contractor for a noise we heard in the attic. Boris contacted me and offered to come by and offer a free estimate (compared to other companies who want to charge before doing anything). Boris arrived on time and gave a thorough and honest assessment of what needed to be done, and also some recommendations to prevent any other pests from entering. We signed up for his services and we couldn't be happier. Anytime Boris came, he either called or rang the doorbell to let us know that he was here to check up on his work. His methods were effective and we no longer hear any scratching in the attic from any mice that got up there. There are several high profile companies out there, but in all honesty, I would encourage anyone to contact Boris and his team before the other companies. He does great work and does not try to upsell you on anything. Thanks again Boris, and I will be sure to recommend you to anyone who asks about pest removal.

It is important to have someone come out for a free inspection in order to build trust and avoid spending money just to have someone look around and tell you what would need to be done. Also, in order to be successful in this line of work, it is mandatory to return multiple times and check up to make sure that the method is working and to make adjustments where necessary. I called Max on Sunday as my furnace was not working. He came in 2-3 hours, assessed the problems and told me he would be back on Tuesday. He even took the documentation I had to get me the part which was covered under warranty for no additional charge. Came back on Tuesday, fixed everything up and the furnace is working fine. People, do not waste your time looking around for other contractors. Max is the guy!!!

We called Aire Max about getting an Air Conditioner and humidifier installed. His price blew away the other two quotes we received, plus the unit he offered was much better than the competitors. He installed the air conditioner in a way that would maximize the space at the side of the house and not cause any problems in the future when we put up a fence. Since our new house was not ready, we had to move our belongings to storage and then to the new house. I spoke to Brendon about hiring RoadRunners to do the move for us. We could not be happier! Each move had 4 workers to do the job. I was amazed at how fast and professional they were. Everything they say about their pricing is true. You only pay for the time you use. This was a pleasant surprise as the total cost for the move was less than what we set aside for. They handled all the paperwork for the 3 weeks of storage for us and when they were finished with the move, we were even more impressed that not a single item was broken. I usually like to go and get three quotes before making a decision on anything, but for anyone who reads this, let me save you the time. These guys are the best!!! Brendon, Paul, Branden, Charles, Ken and Ryan, thank you all for your hard work!!! We cannot thank you guys enough!!! Update => Just to let you all know, when the builder came by the house as a customary follow up, they commended the movers for the job they did. They said that a lot of the moving companies damage the house when moving people in. Not with RoadRunners. This was the best moving job they had seen!

When we store your items in storage, everything remains protected in our blankets, and other protection we see fit. Once everything is loaded into your storage unit it is covered in tarps to minimize dust accumulation. What more can I say. Saw the leak on Wednesday, called Guardian Seal on Wednesday. They came Thursday and fixed the leak. Fast, effective and no mess. Definitely the guys to call when/if your basement leaks!

I called Superior Ceiling once I noticed the spot in the ceiling. The next day Adam came by to give me an estimate. Following Family Day, Adam came by and fixed the leak to the point you would never think there was damage before. And for a cheaper cost than originally quoted!!! A definite 5 stars.
