Great work, fair price and nice guys to deal with

After getting a few responses from my request to completely regrade the backyard, remove shrubs and roots and lay new sod down and also sod for the front yard, I went with Toronto Property Solutions.
Nick was easy to talk to and I felt I could trust him. The work was great and even though I could have paid him via etransfer, we decided to meet in person anyway.
I recommend Nick and his team.
