After getting a few responses from my request to completely regrade the backyard, remove shrubs and roots and lay new sod down and also sod for the front yard, I went with Toronto Property Solutions. Nick was easy to talk to and I felt I could trust him. The work was great and even though I could have paid him via etransfer, we decided to meet in person anyway. I recommend Nick and his team.

This 50 year old bungalow had very little work done on it over the years. Victor, Hung and the team came in and did an excellent job. We are quite pleased with the work. They had some great ideas and suggestions which made a huge difference in the overall look and functionality of the house. We had never used a contractor before and was a bit worried.
