RJ Construction Design

I hired Robert to install my new lighting as well as remove and dispose old lighting. I want to be fair and give him a fair review. For his first part of the job which was installation he did them well and they lightings work. However, for the second part which was cleaning and disposal as well as feeling responsible to finish the job completely he made me disappointed.
He did not cleaned up so I had to move all boxes and clean remaining of the work. After he left (Dec 22), I messaged him to pick up the old lighting for disposal. He told he will come tomorrow but did not show up. I messaged him on 23 and 24 he did not respond at all. On 26 I told him that I will write a review so people know that you do not come to finish your job and do not respond to me after you are paid. He said he had a family emergency but will come and pick up the lights right away. I am not sure if the family emergency is real or just an excuse to get away from responsibility. After 10 DAYs on Jan 3rd (one week after he told he will pick up the old lights) I disposed them myself as he never showed up to pick up the old lights.
