I wanted a door to be installed inside a room which used to be a dining room so I can have addition room. Mehdi did an amaizing job from estimation to finishing the project. He gave me a qoute (which he staid with it) with a time frame. I was in a situation that timing was super important. He delivered a quality work on time and on budget. I found him truly professional (for example, giving each part of the project to a professional crew), honest, knowledgible and punctual. Finding such conteactor is quite hard and l strongly recommend him.

General flooring company provided me a great work. It was a quite big project including removal of existing old tile and wood floors, installing engineered hardwood + tile for about 2000 sqft, and sanding and refinishing stairs. They had a large group that worked quite fast and were able to finish everything on-time in about 14 days. They usually work from 9am to 7pm and sometimes more including Saturdays. The most important part was that they were able to finish on time. The reason is that I had everything based on the initial time estimate including another group for renovation, moving company, my condo elevator, ect. and any delay could mess all arrangements. The quality of their job is great and the price is also very good. More importantly they stand by their service and if there is any concern they address to the customers satisfaction. For instance, after they finished we noticed the hand-railing of the stairs is loose. They accepted and fixed the issue ASAP. Before I hire them I spend a lot of time to search for the best company to do the flooring and I finally chose the General Flooring. I am extremely happy for my choice and will recommend them to my friends if they needed. Way to go and keep up your great service.

I hired Robert to install my new lighting as well as remove and dispose old lighting. I want to be fair and give him a fair review. For his first part of the job which was installation he did them well and they lightings work. However, for the second part which was cleaning and disposal as well as feeling responsible to finish the job completely he made me disappointed. He did not cleaned up so I had to move all boxes and clean remaining of the work. After he left (Dec 22), I messaged him to pick up the old lighting for disposal. He told he will come tomorrow but did not show up. I messaged him on 23 and 24 he did not respond at all. On 26 I told him that I will write a review so people know that you do not come to finish your job and do not respond to me after you are paid. He said he had a family emergency but will come and pick up the lights right away. I am not sure if the family emergency is real or just an excuse to get away from responsibility. After 10 DAYs on Jan 3rd (one week after he told he will pick up the old lights) I disposed them myself as he never showed up to pick up the old lights.

Fardin and his team did a nice job on moving. They showed up sooner. They were careful not to damage our belongings. Their price was fair and their service was good.

This company deserves a good review. They responded quickly to request, came up on time and did a clean job for attic insulation. They needed to add two IC boxes on top of two lights to blow the insulation material. They also attached a disconnected bathroom fan hose free of charge. What I like is that they use echo friendly material which are not hazardous to human. The auditor will come in a few weeks (after lockdown) so I can update this review if something is wrong but so far so good and I think they did a very good job.

Edward install a furnace and a tankless water heater for us. He was on-time and provided detailed information. I asked him for different options for the furnace and the water heater including price, warranty, expectation life to choose the best one that fits to our need and received all information that I needed. On the installation date, he showed up on time and took him about half day to install both appliances. After installation there was a leak. His responded quickly and showed up the next day to fix the issue. I am happy with his service and would recommend him to other people.
