Customer service is good. They hear you out and tries their best to resolve any issue. Sometimes result may not be as great as expected but again that's life. I am overall happy.

I am very impressed with this company. Quick and friendly online quote experience, easy to schedule the appointment and they had next day availability. Vali  called before showing up to verify we were ready and he showed up on time. He had a lot of knowledge and cool gadgets to test stuff and answered all of our questions with experience and patience but also had a very friendly and fun rapport. We had water overflow coming from our sump pump that impacted all basement floor and walls.
When I called Concwood water damage , they were able to come within 2 hours and were very punctual. They went over and beyond to address the issues and provided a fair and efficient proposal to perform the "emergency services". They also started same day which we greatly appreciated. In addition, the staff extremely responsive on email and text and provided the best service we could expect during our time of panic. We would highly recommend Concwood .

Thanks to manager vali and his team for coming out on a saturday to clean up after our dishwasher breakdown. they extracted the water, cleaned the floor and dried it out. I am very happy with the service received from Concwood water damage.
