Class Contracting Corp

We had to cancel their contract half way through the work due to low quality of work. We live in a new community and gave contract for entire back yard work. Our fence is so uneven,middle bars are at different heights,man gate build with low quality hinges, with big gaps and forget about the look. This is the worst looking fence in our community.They also put rocks on our side in SUCH a thin layer that when you walk on it , you basically step on the underlay. Then they started building our deck(quite big one),half way through we noticed there is only two random logs for middle support and when we questioned, they said yaya we will fix it, one hour later we noticed they replaced those logs with couple our slabs which we used in our walkway. When it was half way done, it was almost 6 inches slope. The explanation they gave is for water drainage: that too for a wooden deck!!! . We cancelled their contract that night itself. We lost money which they never give back even after asking. Any time you speak Sean (owner) who appears to depends only on his workers for ideas, he is very polite and listen to you but does not know how do a good job or fix something done wrong. Hire them only if you are ready to compromise on quality, look and overall finishing of the work.

They built fence did good job! Very happy use again. Nice people did fast and no dirt or wreck my yard it all looks good. :) :) :) :) :)

Had some fellas come out and complete an attached deck for me. Particular gentleman had an extensive deck building portfolio and showed me some tips and tricks to maintain my deck throughout the years.

Very disappointing use of my money. We had a walkway installed a year ago by this company. The workmanship was extremely poor, the length of time to complete the installation was lengthy with no heads up as to why, little to no response to emails with concerns. Owner was extremely defensive when any sort of concern was brought forward. We demanded a discount at time of billing due to client dissatisfaction, we agreed on a final contract amount and they never updated their records so accused us a year later of short paying them so they wouldn't listen to our concerns about cracks all over our walkway and was told "that concrete is meant to crack" without any sort of help on a solution or discussion. Would NEVER recommend this company for any contracting needs.
