Vail & Co responded to the service request. Rebecca made an appointment for Bryce to come in to take a look.
I admire one thing most about each visit that they came right on time (up to the minute) respecting my time.
The quote was higher than what I got from other two vendors, but Bryce seemed very knowledgeable.
The work was scheduled for May 30. Rebecca kept in touch with me about the upcoming appointment date.
On the work day, they were all there on time at 7AM, finished the work, cleaned up, and left by 1PM.
I found a few small issues with the work that was done, but they came back promptly the next morning at 7AM and fixed the issues within 90 minutes and left.
Professional, on-time and knowledgeable, is how I will describe them.
I will hire them again for another work for sure and recommend them.
