We recently decided to remove our bathtub and shower unit and install a shower. Bryce gave us a quote and found the best unit for our needs. The Team began the work right on time, and kept us well informed all along the way. A few "surprises" behind the wall did not hold the project up too much. We are very happy with the result. Bryce and his Team are kind, courteous and very skilled They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up thoroughly every day they were here working. They worked very hard to give us the results we wanted. I absolutely plan to contact Vail again for any other construction/ renovation work we decide to do.

I made the decision to go with Bryce and his team for my Basement Gym Renovation, but had to wait a year due to their busy schedule. The team was very professional and kept me updated on the construction start date and answered all my questions efficiently! Since decision-making is not my strong suit, they made valuable suggestions to make my vision a reality. Bryce is awesome. We recently bought a house that had underlining structural issues. Buying a property that has unexpected issues, can be very stressful.
Bryce came by several times, free of charge, before we actually hired him, to investigate and help us find the issue and solution.
He took the time to explain what was going on , what he would do to fix the issue and everything in between.
They estimated 2 days work to replace the beams and posts, and managed to complete the work in less than 1 full day.
They left the house super clean, honestly cleaner than it was before they came.
Him and his team are awesome and hard workers.
The price was extremely fair and working with them was a pleasure.
We have several other future projects in mind that we already know were going to use Bryce and his team for.

Bryce did a fantastic job replacing our ceiling insulation and boarding up with plywood. The barn looks great we are very happy with his work.

The project ran on time, communication was great and the finished product is beautiful. We tacked on a small side project and had to add a bit to the scope. The team was so accommodating.
