Things started out great - Jeff was responsive, promptly scheduled an in person consult for a quote, and left making us feeling good about hiring him for the job. He said that it would likely take 3-4 days for completion.
The day before he was set to start, we had windows replaced and stucco frames removed, and had flagged that we might need to delay the paint job until the stucco was repaired. He told us he could take care of this as an add-on.
By the end of day 3, the stucco was still untouched and the majority of the exterior area had still not painted. We needed the project to be completed before an event, but by the end of the second week, we could tell that this was not going to be possible. Timing was poorly managed, there was a lack of crew (most days it was just him) and yet every day we were told that he needed 1 more day to finish.
2 weeks in, we found another contractor that completed the stucco work within 24 hours as things still weren't looking good with Jeff. He had his "crew" show up to the house and say that they weren't comfortable with the height, on two separate occasions.
In the end, the project took 3 weeks and had still had many areas that needed to be touched up or missed. We decided to break ties, and complete the rest of the work ourselves. We did add on the garage from the original quote, but it's shocking that this would've required 2 additional weeks from the original estimate.

Took a long time to respond to this review Jack and Dianna. Wow after all the crap I went through on your job, how you saw we were short of staff but did anything we could to complete your job and that's what we did. It's so disrespectful to say that you actually finished. We will post a couple of pictures to show anyone the finished work.
Wow so let's really get down with your complaints cause we have a few issues we want to address too, the stucco part of the job was a surprise when we showed up. You asked if we could take care of the stucco around the windows we said we would try, but considering the stucco around the front window was on a step pitch we couldn't promise with being short of staff and lots of painting to do. Even made some calls everyone was busy and so were we painting your home. We saved you guys so much money it's not funny with using primmer considering the price of the paint you choose was $98.00 dollars a gallon. Jack and Diana, you have a rich taste for things you want but when it came down to paying for that you weren't so Rich. Jack I remember when your wife asked the last day, why isn't the paint here and what's up with a few touchups. Had to be honest your husband doesn't want to buy anymore paint, and because there wasn't anymore paint you shorted me $300 hundred dollars, and said you were not happy storming into your house. with the money we saved you guys with the primer you should be really happy with everything that was done. We were never offered to use a washroom or offered a bottle of water in the hottest days of the summer. We were at your home for 8 days with the extra scope of work with painting the garage, when it rains, we can't do any exterior painting and it doesn't count as a day we were there working. We were there on the 3rd week considering the first week we started on the Wednesday and couldn't work the Saturday considering it was your babies birthday party.
