Gold Wing Renovations

Goldwing completed a complete basement renovation for me. The quality of the work was great. They followed through on my warranty claim without any issues or questions asked. There were some issues with the timing of the work being completed on schedule however Jorge did cover the extra costs associated with that which is as helpful. Beyond the time line my only other issue would be communication. Sometimes t was difficult to get a reply or hear back but all in all I have a very nice basement apartment. Thanks Goldwing

The quality of craftsmanship is exceptional, they definitely exceeded my expectations.
Jorge from Goldwing was very professional, friendly, punctual, and his communication skills are a 10/10 (A+).
Jorge also made sure that our basement was completed to our satisfaction, on time and within our budget.

We were exceptionally happy because the project was finished earlier than expected and they even added a few extra touches in the bathroom that were not in the contract to make it complete.

Jorge and his crew came in and laid flooring in all our bedrooms and completely redid our main bathroom. Very efficient and clean work, and we were completely satisfied with the work. 100% would use him again.

Jorge and his team (father and brother ) renovated my main floor bathroom last summer (2018). I really hesitated writing this review because I wanted to move on and figured I could fix the things I wasn’t happy with on my own, however every time I walk into my bathroom I can’t help but notice the lack of detail that went in to finishing the renovation. I also now realize my husband and I can't fix the issues on our own and feel upset. The grout in my shower was not done properly as there is grout missing in the tile work, the caulking done around my bathtub and toilet does not look professional and is uneven (the caulking that was in my old bathroom looked much better), and the light fixture above my vanity isn’t centered properly. I should of had the lighting corrected at the time but was told by Jorge's dad this could not be done (ridiculous). A few months after the renovation the tub settled and the caulking between the tub and floor had separated. I contacted Goldwing in March of 2019 to see if they could come and redo the caulking around that area and the toilet. I enclosed photos and an email, followed up twice and never received a reply or call back which was very frustrating. We barley saw Jorge throughout the renovation and he sen't his mother and father to collect the money at the end, not bothering to come for a final walk through with us as we had been promised. My husband and I saved for this renovation and ultimately went with Jorge because of his personality and reviews but are very disappointed and I would not recommend this company. Aside from the negative experience we had I will say I love the tile that was picked for the shower and the vanity we got from the supplier Jorge set us up with is very good quality.

Words truly cannot express how happy I am with the work Gold Wing Renovations did for us with our kitchen. Jorge and his crew went above and beyond to ensure our renovation went smoothly. Everyone was incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. Not only is Gold Wing Renovations amazing to work with, their attention to detail and work is flawless. Even after our renovation was over, Jorge made time to come back and check in on his work and make sure we were still happy with it. Their customer service is outstanding! We worked with Gold Wing this past winter. We had lofty goals (a new kitchen) and a tight timeline. With a baby on the way we told Jorge we needed this renovation to be done in under two months and for it to be as noninvasive as possible. Jorge didn't balk at the task, he quoted us six weeks and we were on our way.

Jorge's team was professional throughout. They went above and beyond and were an absolute joy to work with. The kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined. They tore everything down to the studs and built it all back up again.

We will definitely be using Gold Wing for our next renovation.
