DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
They state they level the cabinets to get them "as close as possible" by using shims during installation and laser leveling. They state they will tell you of discrepancies with walls and levelness of cabinets before install so they can be corrected. We were told nothing. Only asked where we want the seam.
It is all a farce. They simple come in and glue the countertop on top of the cabinets. No shimming or checking to see if it's "as level as possible". They didn't even bring a level when installing. They installed my countertops in less than an hour.
The bubble is on the one end of the level and it's "within tolerance". However, over a length that spans more than 4', that's a 1/4" discrepancy across the length.
The grout lines slope downward (see photo with blue arrow). There is a gap between the drawers (drawers are level) and countertop on one side of my cabinets.
Spilled water runs off the counter and onto the floor. Countertops were installed high at the back and low at the front.
If I knew this would happen, I would have kept my old kitchen that did all these things for me already.
I should have listened to my gut feeling related to the negative reviews and went with an alternate company.
Email from Heather:
Yes we use a laser to check to see if walls are straight and cabinets are level. He can point out any areas that need adjusted before the installation. Our installers can shim and adjust to a certain extent but cannot correct really unlevel cabinets. Same goes for the walls. But using the laser is the most accurate way of getting as close as possible.

Hi Aileen
Glad you left a review of this nature. It gives us a chance to set out clear expectations for anyone who plans to work with us and what they can expect.
-We do not install or level cabinets.
-We do not install backsplash tile.
-We do not do full renovation or install walls.
Any of the above we have no control over. What we do is have a certified technician laser measure your space. We have professional installers with 15+ years experience working with stone. We can shim your countertops to a certain extent but anything more than 1/8" needs to corrected prior to installation. From the pictures you posted it looks like your countertop is within normal tolerance. I would assume whoever installed your backsplash tile agreed with that before they went ahead with tile instead of contacting us. Should any issue arise after installation normal procedure would be to email us as at stoneonthego@gmail.com
If you would like to discuss further please feel free to reach out at the above email address.
