ESP Construction did an amazing job repairing our ceiling from water damage. Besi showed up on time and was very pleasant to work with. He did an excellent job. We are very happy with the result. Will definitely use ESP Construction again!

I had a bedroom that got a face lift. Drywall, baseboard, ceiling, light fixture and paint. Excellent job and they threw in a few extras. Easy to work with too.

Eduard and his team were very responsive and helped us prepare our house to sell. There was tile to be replaced, holes to be filled, trim to be installed and caulking throughout the house. All well done and mailed our house look great. We felt well taken care of the entire time. Thanks ESP.

Esp Construction did a great job with our project which included removing and installing a kitchen backsplash, plumbing work and installing a new vanity . They were very friendly, professional and took the time to talk through the project to my satisfaction. There were some unexpected things that came up and Eduard and his team were very flexible with the scope of work to ensure everything was completed properly. Would use again!

In my capacity as a Claims Analyst, I contacted ESP to assist my company in completing repairs to a customer's property caused by a driver. Eduard was friendly and accomodating from the start which was a great help considering I was coordinating these repairs from 3 provinces away. ESP visited and inspected the site before providing an estimate; without being asked they provided a solution which helped control our costs while keeping our customer satisfied. The repairs were completed within the timeframe provided. ESP has definitely been added to my go to contacts for local construction needs.

We hired ESP construction to do our kitchen renovation, which just completed last week. They did an amazing job and we were thrilled with the outcome. Eduard, the owner, was great at giving consultative recommendations to achieve our desired plan as cost-effectively as possible. We interviewed 7 contractors but chose him because of how much advice he gave us right from the outset about how to do what we wanted while also saving money. He was also extremely clear and precise about timelines, something we've had issues with in the past with other contractors. His team always showed up on time every day, and finished the project on time. Eddy, the project manager, is who was on-site on a daily basis. He was wonderful to work with, had great attention to detail, and was committed to ensuring we were 100% satisfied with all aspects of the renovation. Best of all, they left our kitchen basically fully operational every night, so it was surprisingly easy to live through this. I would absolutely recommend ESP construction for your reno project, and we will definitely be using them again.

They were extremely responsive to our needs. Eddy, who was the Project Mgr. did a great job and in a timely manner. He keeps you well informed and seeks your opinion when relevant.
