Ambitech Home Comfort

I needed a company to have a look at my furnace and after a quick web search i choose ambitech. I was pleasantly surprised with how knowledable, transparent and punctual the ambitech technician was and would recommend Ambitech to others.

The furnace was a little louder than normal so I called Ambitech for a maintenance. The Technician fixed the issue and changed the filter as it was blocked up pretty bad. It sounds much better, excellent job!

As usual when I need work done on my HVAC system I called up Jay at Ambitech - he's earned my loyalty by providing reliable service over the years - and scheduled an appointment to check that my furnace was in good shape for the winter months. I also wanted a central humidifier to improve the humidity in my house. The Ambitech team arrived on time and completed all the work professionally. I can now breathe a little easier. Thanks Jay!

Great company. Jason came by a day after I called to look at the place. From what he saw he recommended I install a new heater along with the new Air Conditioner. The heater was 20 years old and it looked like it was in very bad shape. I have just moved in and have yet to use the heater but I could tell just by looking at it that it was time for a newer, much more efficient model. I trusted Jason's judgement, as I too have had a lot of construction experience, and could tell he really knew what he was talking about.

Jason gave me a few different options. I opted for the highest grade setup which was about $2000 more than the least-expensive option. This gave me a bigger and more efficient air conditioner, a bigger coil (part that is used to cool and remove the moisture from the air in a home), and a 10 year warranty as opposed to a 5 year warranty.

The crew came by a few days after Jason's inspection and knocked the job off in a day. The crew was very professional. They kept the place very clean, took away the old heater, and did a fantastic job.

I can say that I am really happy I went with Ambitech Home Comfort. I don't feel any regret and would hire them again in the future for any Heating and A/C work that I need.

My ac stopped working a few days ago as the pipes froze as well as the coil. I called and spoke to Jason, he gave me a few steps to follow, but this proved my AC needed to be fixed. He was very prompt at meeting me, understood what we needed and actually took the time to explain everything. We settled on a specific unit, the next day they were here replacing my AC, adjusted the furnace for better air flow, treated me and the family with great respect.
All around this was a very painless process and i want to thank Jay and the team for working hard to keep me and the family cool.
