Aqua Drain & Waterworks

I have an issue with my main drain going out to the city sewer. Aqua Drain came recommended from another Plumbing Service. Denys came promptly and was very thorough in the inspection. The estimate was very honest and transparent. I am very pleased with the process thus far.

We were completing a major home renovation project and determined that we needed to replace our main drains including the connection to the city. Denys and his company were recommended to us. They quickly established what needed to be done and set to work. They did an amazing job for a reasonable price, with attention to detail, hard work, excellent cleanup and friendly service, and fast. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and I would strongly recommend them for what is a very important but not very glamourous job.

Excellent service. Not only did they do the job in a timely way, they were extremely careful of my garden and my neighbour’s garden. Plus they repaired my old water pipe connection in the house.

I was looking to identify any drain issues and perhaps install a backflow valve in my basement floor drain prior to starting some renovations.

After running a camera through the main drain pipe to the road, he showed me that the existing plastic pipe was in great shape and relatively clean/free of any obstruction.

He provided some expert guidance/options regarding a power wash versus "do-it myself" for the main drain and also offered his point of view on what to consider when assessing the back-flow valve given that my house is in a "low flood risk" area.

There's fewer and fewer business people out there who truly understand how to "earn" a client's business and who will not step foot outside their door without an inspection fee. Dennis is not one of those - although we did not do business together - he earned my trust and will receive my business and referrals for drain services when needed in the future.

We wanted this job done quickly. Dennis came to assess on the very day we called and his team were in digging and torpedoeing within a week. They were courteous, friendly, and helpful - making low cost/no cost suggestions for improvements for our water service (valve upgrades). They were a dream to deal with and I felt in very good hands. They came to me highly recommended and I was very pleased with their work and in dealing with them.

Excellent and affordable service! Would definitely contact them again. They were doing some work at our neighbors and agreed to come over and help to unclog a kitchen sink. Would recommend.

Over the past 12 years Denis has done our Waterproofing, camera inspections and most recently upgraded our water service and snaked our drains to solve a recurring backup we had in the washing machine and kitchen sink! I got quotes from two well regarded companies and Aqua Drain was far the best value with both the lowest cost and an excellent warranty. My repair was not an emergency situation and I found the communication and the way the work was done was to the highest standard. There was some additional complexity as he had to work with a city contractor to make sure that it was done to match there standards and to deal with a Y connection. I do not recommend many service providers but, based on my experience, I have no reservations about recommending him strongly. There is nothing that I can identify that he could have done better from start to finish including clean up. I was very impressed with Dennis.
