Everyone involved in this purchase was terrific.
The sales rep (Luka) was knowledgeable and personable...and no pressure! He patiently explained the needed criteria to consider for the door.
The instillation team (misplaced names) was polite, efficient and so proficient checking to make sure everything was in perfect order before leaving. They installed the hardware and cleaned up all the remnants of the old door and storm.
Thanks again Nordik! I have no qualms recommending you to anyone.

We were not happy with our original front door installation by a different company - until they sent Daniel to rectify the problem. He is extremely professional with an eye for detail, and a meticulous work ethic.

The experience I had with Nordik is really disappointing. The installer that came, Goran was very unprofessional. The quality of the casements are good, but the hung windows are chipped and broken at the corners. They left a ton of dust, caulking and grease on the glass and frame after install. They used exterior caulking inside and the smell is horrible, it's been a week and the smell is still strong. The servicing department has been notified and someone has come out to see what a terrible job they've done. Now we are waiting for them to resolve the situation. We will post an update later. To be continued...

Blown away by the quality of this installation. They installed a double door with transom, and when they were done the new door was finished incredibly professionally, caulked, and adjusted. The surrounding wall was barely touched. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I couldn't be happier with this installation. Many thanks to Shavkat!

I had gotten a few quotes and this one by far was the most reasonable. They were honest about when they could do the job and we’re able to do it a little sooner. The crew were polite and tidied up afterwards. Windows look great.

We chose Nordik windows for the large panes and small frames profile - we wanted to maximize the window panes. The insulation properties also sold us. The windows were ordered and installed in a timely fashion, according to plan. The Installation Team: VINCE, JEN, and CHRIS were friendly, (with us and our dog), courteous, and took great care to get the job done properly and professionally. They also did a great job cleaning up the mess, even working outdoors in the rain to tidy up. The windows are beautiful, open and close easily and provide noticeable insulation against outdoor noise.

Quite a few hiccups along the way but in the end they seem to be a little more willing to work with the consumer to reduce frustrations. Hopefully this is just a one off type case.

James the installer did a fantastic job with no hassle. Was professional and knew exactly how to install the door. If this company continues to employ servicemen like James I would give them 5 stars.

Daniel, the master craftsman at Nordik was sent out to remediate some deficiencies from the previous company’s installation. All I can say is it is like an entirely new project; fit and finish is par excellence, and frankly beyond our expectations. To top it off when Daniel left at the end of the day the job site was perfect inside and outside. Great work!

Nordik windows installed three windows and 2 months later I notice caulking was missing. Obviously after they installed they do not do any inspection. Had a lot of rain in those 2 months. My interior walls could be damage by this. If I do not happen to look and notice worst things could happen. I called them and took them days to apply caulking and even questioned me whether I am seeing it properly. Days later another issue surfaced adhesive markings were left on the windows and the worst part is they might not be able to remove them because they are not on the exterior faces of the double glass. They in the inside of the glass window. I have attached photos. Save yourself headaches and do not use Nordik windows.
