I called Green Thermal Solutions as I thought my son had bed bug bites and that there were bed bugs in his bed. Sam talked me through the process and concluded I did not have bed bugs. My sons doctor confirmed this. Sam is patient and honest. He could have treated my home but he instead told me that I did not have bed bugs. I'm grateful for his honesty and professionalism.
