I spoke to Sam today about a bug I found and was worried that it was a bed bug. He told me to send a picture and he would let me know if it was a concern. He got back to me right away. I called Green Thermal Solutions as I thought my son had bed bug bites and that there were bed bugs in his bed. Sam talked me through the process and concluded I did not have bed bugs. My sons doctor confirmed this. Sam is patient and honest. He could have treated my home but he instead told me that I did not have bed bugs. I'm grateful for his honesty and professionalism. Just as the COVID lockdowns had started, we realized that we had bed bugs and my son was getting multiple bites nightly. With 2 kids we needed a solution that was quick and highly effective. Green Thermal Solutions was able to provide that with their heat treatment. The bed bugs were gone and the guaranteed warranty they provide gave us piece of mind. Nearing the end of the warranty we even got a little paranoid that the bugs were back. Sam was very helpful and worked with us confirm that they had not returned. Green Thermal was a lifesaver. Not only did they help set my mind at ease, they guided me through every step of the way from the moment of inspection right until every single bug and eggs were gone!
These nasty little things were so hard to get rid of. We tried to do it on our own, had quite a few other pest control companies come in multiple times to spray but I they would come back again within a week or so. I found out that the spray doesn't kill the eggs.
We seriously lost all hope that we would ever be rid of them but once Green Thermal did the heat treatment they were gone! All of them! Even the eggs. Its been 3 months and we have not seen a bug, egg, or a bite.

I'm so pleased to have found Green Thermal Solutions. Their heat treatment works ! I had this company come in to kill bedbugs that I couldn't get rid of . I own multiple rental properties and I've used them before ! I'm happy to say that all my properties are now bed bug free and it was done in just one treatment . Had lots of bed bugs now I have no bed bugs. Been a few months without any problems. Got a good price from the guy who came and they got me in short notice. That was cool of them.
