I also had them install different types of irrigation heads that they normally dont. They had no problem, accommodating me by installing the ones i wanted without a hitch.
I should point out that heir ditch witch that did the digging (to install the piping) my lawn was left a complete mess with hills in the backyard -- lots of tire tracks and pits, and scalped grass (exposed soil). Not their fault really since it was inevitable when installing an irrigation. To this day i still don't know how they could have gotten around this. They did try their best to make it look cleaner when done though. Just wish the industry had a better way that didn't damage the grass as badly.
Interestingly, for the front they did a descent job in repairing the lawn after their work since they had to hand dig to install the pipe instead of using the witch tool. Hardly noticeable damage to the lawn when done.
Interestingly, the following days after install i had some issues (e.g. wrong heads (for the arc) installed and the spray pattern was incorrect and the location of 1 head was wrong). They were very quick to return and resolve all of these minor problems and verified them thoroughly. They went as far as retested the system to identify if other problems existed which was nice.
They are probably one of the few companies that genuinely care to do a good job. I highly recommend them.
