I contacted Master Kleen after reading their positive reviews. I was looking for a move-in clean, tile & grout cleaning and exterior windows. Bill responded shortly after I emailed them and was very easy to communicate with. He offered me excellent pricing and was able to work with my schedule on short notice.
On the day of the cleaning, Bill arrived with his team and they worked very efficiently. The previous homeowners had not maintained the house that well so it really needed a deep clean. Bill even power steamed all the window tracks for us! There were a couple of areas that the team had missed in the kitchen and he was apologetic and offered to return to take care of it. Overall Bill and and his team did an excellent job! The house just felt so fresh and lighter afterwards! Highly recommend their cleaning services.

Was very pleased with service at about half the cost other companies were quoting. Would highly recommend! Three people came for 1.5 hours and went right to work did a great job!

Our house needs a deep clean before the moving day as the previous owners didn't clean the house properly at all over the years. Bill and his team did a very thorough clean! I noticed Bill had a heavy duty vacuum. They even vacuumed my unfinished basement and garage! I am very satisfied with their cleaning service and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for professionals at a very reasonable price.

He and his crew, including all required cleaning equipment and supplies showed up at the premesis at the appointment date and time, even a little early and kept me informed via text. Master Kleen did an amazing job cleaning our new home before our big move. They gave me a checklist of what they will clean a head of time, giving me a good idea of what they will be working on.

We also have a small renovation done in the kitchen, it was a bit dusty and the inside of the cabinets were pretty dirty. Not only only did they clean inside the cabinets they made sure the other appliances were clean as well. Walking around the house, everything looks and smell clean, making me confident of the move in.

Overall they were professional of the cleaning and we are happy with our clean new home.

He immediately texted me information on the type of services I would be getting and a quick quote. The turnaround time for scheduling was also very good. Being a first time home owner, there are so many contractors and people to choose from, it can become overwhelming and costly but when I called Bill and after reading the reviews I knew our condo was in good hands. I am very meticulous about cleaning to the point where I wanted to do it by myself but I wanted it done professionally at least once. Bill and his partner came on time, complete the job in a good amount of time, they were very reasonable for the price and went above and beyond with texting me updates. We had tenants that had moved out and left the apartment filthy and disgusting!! Bill and Jonathan spent three hours cleaning and did an excellent job cleaning everything-- nothing was missed. The apartment smelled fresh, the bathroom was sparkling, the appliances were like new again. The floors and baseboards were white and not grey or yellow! I am so
