Thanks to Master Kleen for the wonderful job that they did on our condo before moving in. From the very first phone call, Bill was professional, polite and thorough. He immediately texted me information on the type of services I would be getting and a quick quote. The turnaround time for scheduling was also very good. Being a first time home owner, there are so many contractors and people to choose from, it can become overwhelming and costly but when I called Bill and after reading the reviews I knew our condo was in good hands. I am very meticulous about cleaning to the point where I wanted to do it by myself but I wanted it done professionally at least once. Bill and his partner came on time, complete the job in a good amount of time, they were very reasonable for the price and went above and beyond with texting me updates. I didn't even ask for some things to be cleaned and they did it anyway. I love service like that. I highly recommend Master Kleen Inc. Keep up the great work and don't ever change.
