They arrived early and went to it. Got the grime off everything and brought their own supplies, which is a huge thing for me.
Planning on getting Bill and team back for monthly deep cleans. Wasn’t here for clean, but they were courteous to my husband and if needed, followed direction.

I had a relatively large job for Bill. Just finished a massive renovation and the house was full of dust. It's a stacked townhouse with 4 floors and a total of 1600 sq ft. Bill price was exceptionally well price compared to the competition. He arrived on time and his price was firm on arrival. I walked him through the place and asked him to pay special attention to certain areas. Him and his partner cleaned the house in about 4 hours. At the time the place looked pretty good. I did notice a couple minor spots that needed a bit more attention but I'm sure if I had known about them and told Bill he would've dealt with it. The overall clean up and price were well worth the money and would definitely recommended them in the future.

It took two guys 2.5hrs to completely clean the unit (2 bedroom condo). They did a good job, very thorough and detailed, all the hidden corners and drawers, windows, cabinets are cleaned. Very friendly people, fully satisfied with their service. Will use them as my regular cleaning service.

I recently had dust from renovations in a nearby unit come through the air ventilation system of my apartment and cover all of my belongings. I have lung disease so I knew it was a health risk to be in the space like this but also a risk to clean it myself. I looked through listings of cleaning companies and started calling/emailing them one by one. Many did not answer, took too long to answer, did not offer some of the services I needed, or were not available soon enough. When I called Master Kleen Bill answered immediately and I described my situation and he said they could help right away. We switched to text so I could ask a few questions and send photos of the space. They gave me a quote immediately and we talked through some of the customization that I needed to deal with this specific scenario. They were able to come that afternoon. Bill arrived with two others (Emily and Jonathan) and all of their supplies. I gave a quick tour and described some of my anxieties and he listened with care and assured me they could take care of it. I left to go have coffee close by and within 1.5 hours they called to say they were nearly finished so I could start making my way back. When I arrived I was so pleased with the work. They actually got the dust off everything - my walls, my floors, all of my delicate and fragile belongings. I also left my two nervous cats in the unit during this time and when I came back they weren't hiding which shows that they felt comfortable and safe with them in the unit which is really important to me. I have severe scent allergies too so I was happy that they didn't use any products that compromised my health even further. I was so impressed with their work, demeanor, and professionalism after what was a really terrible experience for my health. As a former housekeeper I've always cleaned my apartment on my own but I was so pleased with the work that it has made me consider booking these services regularly. I highly recommend this company.

This is a very detail-oriented professional cleaning team. We hired them to clean our townhouse before selling it and the results are so good that we feel like it is a brand new house! We highly recommend their services to anyone like us who’s looking for cleaners. And going forward if we need cleaning services again, we’ll definitely contact them. Nicely done!

I've decided to try out with them after reading all the good reviews, and can't be happier with my decision. Bill is super quick to respond, answer all my questions and most importantly he and his team did a wonderful job. Bill text me when he arrived the unit, and sent me pictures of the before and after pictures since I can't be there that day. He I am so happy with the results and get to find someone I can trust. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
