I recently had dust from renovations in a nearby unit come through the air ventilation system of my apartment and cover all of my belongings. I have lung disease so I knew it was a health risk to be in the space like this but also a risk to clean it myself. I looked through listings of cleaning companies and started calling/emailing them one by one. Many did not answer, took too long to answer, did not offer some of the services I needed, or were not available soon enough. When I called Master Kleen Bill answered immediately and I described my situation and he said they could help right away. We switched to text so I could ask a few questions and send photos of the space. They gave me a quote immediately and we talked through some of the customization that I needed to deal with this specific scenario. They were able to come that afternoon. Bill arrived with two others (Emily and Jonathan) and all of their supplies. I gave a quick tour and described some of my anxieties and he listened with care and assured me they could take care of it. I left to go have coffee close by and within 1.5 hours they called to say they were nearly finished so I could start making my way back. When I arrived I was so pleased with the work. They actually got the dust off everything - my walls, my floors, all of my delicate and fragile belongings. I also left my two nervous cats in the unit during this time and when I came back they weren't hiding which shows that they felt comfortable and safe with them in the unit which is really important to me. I have severe scent allergies too so I was happy that they didn't use any products that compromised my health even further. I was so impressed with their work, demeanor, and professionalism after what was a really terrible experience for my health. As a former housekeeper I've always cleaned my apartment on my own but I was so pleased with the work that it has made me consider booking these services regularly. I highly recommend this company.
