BOSCH HVAC system Installation

Our experience with Empower Home Comfort has been fantastic. Very experienced technical consultant Stan listened to our questions and quoted HVAC system that would fit best in our home. Installation was scheduled within a week by industry expert Patrick, Ahmed and Saeed. Technicians were very professional and did an amazing job which would usually take two or more days to install Heat pump and Furnace. However, technicians worked really hard and were able to finish the job in a day. They explained everything they did and went above and beyond to improve existing wiring and setup we had. We will choose Empower Home Comfort for our all HVAC future maintenance.

AC Installation

We used Empower to purchase and install a new AC. Stan, the representative provided excellent, traditional service - came to our home, took measurements, and explained the different options available. He was available to answer any questions thereafter. We did a lot of research with different companies and found that Empower offered the best quality service and price. We are happy with our AC - it really cools our home. I would definitely recommend Empower to others. Thank you to Empower, Stan, and the installation team for a job well done!

We were looking to replace our furnace. Stan from Empower provided us with different replacement options. He was knowledgeable on the products he was selling and provided us with a good pricing. The installer, Hebzad was very professional and performed the task cleanly.

Sadly to say that I am beyond disappointed

We got a new boiler and a new hot water tank for a house at a resent purchased home to replace the old ones that were probably over 25 years old last year. After the end of the winter now, we found something not right and discover the contracted installer made a huge mistake to install one of the components upsides down. They came back to fix it and flooded the partial basement, they did a horrible job and left! and still got it WRONG. I am not a very technical person to explain what exactly happened, but I could tell you that with the amount of money I spent, I don't deserve this kind of quality of work and service they provided. Beyond disappointed and feeling hopeless. How can I get them back to fix the problem and get them do the things right??

We always stand behind our work, and if an issue is discovered to be related to our installation, we will always go back to take care of our customers, no matter what. We do understand that during the visit, an unexpected leak occurred, which understandably was very frustrating, especially since you are also currently doing home renovations yourself, and a lot of stuff is likely happening at the same time. It is an unfortunate occurrence that our technicians were not aware or informed of the line you had leading to the flooded area, which ultimately led to the leak and left you feeling unhappy with the work. We are sorry to see our customer feeling dissatisfied, as of today, our technicians have visited again to take a look and take care of everything once again. Rinnai Tankless Installation

We had to replace our 20-year old gas water heater. It was well past its prime and was making strange noises. Joe from Empower Home Comfort responded to our request on HomeStars then met with us and quoted us on replacing the old tank with a similar tank but also on replacing it with a tankless unit. Although the tankless was about $1,000 more expensive, the energy savings and the gained space in our mechanical room were persuasive. After we cleared space for the work to be done we contacted Joe to sign the contract. The installation was done professionally and completely on the next day (today) by Behzad and his helper. They even took our old tank away. Before leaving, Behzad asked me to check the water temperature and showed me how to turn the unit on/off and change the temperature. Having turned off the natural gas supply for disconnecting/connecting, he also asked me to check that our fireplaces would ignite. One did not. So he took the time to get our pilot light re-lit and that fireplace operating properly.

Serviceman Brad to the Rescue

We had an issue with our furnace Humidifier. As soon as Brad arrived he spotted the problem immediately and fixed it in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable, and personable. Plus he wore a mask the whole time, which was very considerate. We'd recommend Empower and especially Brad! Thanks!
